Access ADHD Assessment offers evaluations targeting:
attention, memory and learning
visual, auditory, and sensory-motor processing
academic, intellectual, and executive functioning
social-emotional functioning, and behavior
Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a complex diagnosis. Often clients report challenges with attention, short-term memory, or impulsive behavior and suspect they have ADHD.
However, these symptoms can arise from an array of other challenges like anxiety, depression, learning disabilities or processing disorders.
On the other hand, ADHD is much more than inattention and hyperactivity. Those with the disorder often note challenges with their personal and/or professional relationships, poor judgement, and decreased self-esteem and confidence. These challenges associated with ADHD can lead to feelings of anxiety and depression.
My job is to help clarify you or your child’s lived experiences and discover what may be ruled out and what may exist alongside symptoms of ADHD.
